Laguna Beach Little League uses
Volunteer Tracker to manage volunteer training and compliance.
Volunteer Tracker is a learning management system (LMS) designed for volunteer organizations to track the completion of trainings, background checks, and other important requirements to keep our league and players safe.
Every volunteer is expected to use Volunteer Tracker to upload their completion certificates and verify the completion of their requirements. This system is designed to make the requirement simple and easy to understand, the current status, and inform volunteers of any missing requirements.
Steps to Login- Go to https://lbll.volunteertracker.org
- If you do not have a password, click Forgot Password, enter your email address, click "Send Reset Link". Check your email for the password reset instructions.
- If you do not have an account, you can Register from the Login page. Enter your full name, and email address. Check your email, you will need to verify your email address before the first login. If you receive an error that says, "This email is already registered. Please use a different email or sign in." Reset Your Password instead.
After Login
You will see your personal dashboard. Your
Role will be assigned based on your role with the league (i.e. Manager, Board Member, or Volunteer). Your
Required Trainings will be listed below based on your
Role. You can access the training site by clicking "
View Training Link". After completing the training, download your completion certificate from the training site, and upload it to Volunteer Tracker by clicking "
Upload Proof" under the appropriate training.
Some trainings, such as the JDP Background Check can only be initiated by the league. You can click "
Report Issue" if you have not received your background check link via email and describe the problem. After completion, you can "
Upload Proof" to indicate it has been completed. Background checks will be approved after the results are received from the provider.
